Why is it that when I went to the Faith Family Book Store to purchase tickets to Chris TOmlin's concert, I was told that you people have picked up the tickets(almost 500 of them). Now when I to online to purchase the tickets, I am told that it is SOLD OUT. Plase explain such ridiculous order of events. sorry, I meant, it's strange when you pay service charges when you pick up at a store and when you purchase online. I can understand service charges when buying online. What a bonus for the retailer when people walk into their store & may very well make other purchases, as we did.
