Please note this form is for non-food vendors only. No food or beverages may be sold or given away by vendors classified as non-food vendors (if you are completing this form you will be considered a non-food vendor). If you would like to be a food vendor, please contact: [email protected]
Rock The Light welcomes merchants and other organizations to participate as non-food vendors at our event. Each 10’x10’ (approximate) vendor space costs $850. Each space includes two non-transferable tickets. There is no "merchandise fee." Electricity is available at a cost of $25.
VENDOR REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS
Booths must be staffed from 3PM until 11PM.
All booths will close during the "Praise and Worship" and "Speaker" times (exact times TBD).
Security will be provided by the festival during the entire event.
However, the festival is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of any property.
Each vendor hereby agrees to defend and hold harmless RMAX Festivals LLC and all sponsors of the event from all claims and liabilities for damage to property or injury to persons occurring in and about the rented or used vendor space(s), or any failure to act, whether or not such condition, activity, or failure shall result from negligence of the party renting or using the space(s).
Each vendor is responsible for collecting any applicable taxes.
The festival does not assume responsibility for state, local or federal taxes required.
Products, material or literature may not be sold or distributed outside of your rented space.
Our goal and vision is to provide a safe, wholesome environment, where people can come to be entertained, engaged and enlightened.
As such, we want to put our focus on the positive, lead by example and encourage the lost that are in attendance. Therefore, we expect our exhibitors, vendors and sponsors to refrain from displaying or selling items that are inconsistent with this goal.
Examples of items not allowed at RTL include:
T-Shirts, banners or other printed materials that judge people or behaviors, that demean people who are dealing with issues such as homosexuality, abortion, etc., or that may make our guests feel uncomfortable (e.g., “Free Hugsâ€).
We trust that our valued exhibitors, vendors and sponsors will honor our wishes and use their good judgment in this regard. However, festival management reserves the irrefutable right to insist that objectionable items be removed from display.
Rock The Light/RMAX Festivals reserves the right to deny or refuse any vendor, registered or otherwise, from participating in Rock The Light. If a vendor fee has been paid and Rock The Light denies said vendor the right to participate in Rock The Light prior to the event, Rock The Light will refund the payment in full. This does not pertain to those vendors who have been removed from Rock The Light for behavior, content or security reasons during the event. Said vendors will not be reimbursed.

Each vendor space is $850, approximately 10'x10', includes 1 table and 2 chairs. There is no "Merchandise Fee"-you keep all revenues from your sales. Two non-transferable "Full Festival" tickets are included free w/ each vendor space purchased.
