WHAT IS ENGAGE 2012?
Engage 2012 is a worship conference designed by worship leaders from average churches to encourage and equip worship leaders and their teams.

WHAT IS THE VISION?
Engage 2012 hopes to meet the needs of the local church worship ministry with practical tools to avoid burnout through training sessions, corporate worship experiences and fellowship among fellow worshipers.

WHO IS ENGAGE 2012 GEARED FOR?
Engage 2012 is geared for the average church, and by average church, we mean churches that have less than 700 in attendance. So are we saying that churches larger than that aren’t welcome at Engage 2012? NO WAY! It just seems that worship ministry structure tends to shift in churches larger than that. Budgets, volunteers, paid staff…all these things have a direct effect on worship ministry. Sessions will be geared for the average worship leader – the one that doesn’t have all the high-end technology, the one that is saving pennies to buy a new microphone, and the one surrounded by untrained but dedicated volunteers.

WHAT TOPICS WILL BE COVERED?
Topics that meet your needs – team relationships, staying fresh in ministry, musician tips, avoiding burnout, guarding your family in ministry, understanding your congregation, etc.
