Camping Rules & Regulations:
- Secure a campsite by making a reservation. Full payment must be made prior to entry. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
- Campsites will be approximately 15 x 20 square feet. Individuals and their items must stay within their assigned boundaries during the festival weekend.
- Neither Fandana Festival nor Huntington University will be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Each campsite shall be occupied by NO MORE THAN one [1] camping unit (tent or camper) during the event. At least one adult (over 18) must be present at campsite to supervise minors.
- All campsites are primitive camping, meaning no water or electricity hookups are provided.
- No ground fires will be allowed at any time.
- Absolutely no pets are allowed, except for special needs pets. Owners are responsible for cleaning and removing all pet waste immediately.
- Parties not meeting the camping requirements shall be removed from the festival grounds.
- Parties will be assigned their campsites and directed accordingly upon arrival. Camping units will not be allowed to enter until Thursday, August 9.
- No alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs of any kind will be allowed on the festival grounds.


Dorm Room Lodging Rules & Regulations:
- Secure a dorm room by making a reservation. Full payment must be made prior to entry. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
- Dorm rooms will be allowed a maximum of two individuals over the age of 8 and two individuals under the age of 8 per room, according to Fire Marshall regulations.
- Neither Fandana Festival nor Huntington University will be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Parties will be assigned dorm rooms upon arrival and given their key. Keys must be returned before parties leave festival grounds. Any party with a lost or stolen key will be assessed a $30 fee.
- Absolutely no pets are allowed.
- No alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs of any kind will be allowed on the festival grounds.
- Parties not meeting the dorm room lodging rules shall be removed from the festival grounds.
- Linen packets are available for purchase. Each packet includes 1 pillow/pillowcase, 1 blanket, 2 sheets, 2 towels, and 2 washcloths. Individuals are strongly encouraged to bring their own linens!
- Each dorm room has two (2) twin XL beds.
- Bathrooms will be available on each floor, and all have individual curtained showers.
