St. Andrew's Worship Arts is proud and excited to present an evening with Ugandan Thunder. If you were blessed to see Mizero from Rwanda years ago, you will be equally blessed to experience Ugandan Thunder. American audiences are consistently thrilled with the music and dancing of Ugandan Thunder, a nationally acclaimed choir consisting of 22 multi-talented children. The choir members range in age from 8 – 16 and are from the Royal School and Orphanage and the Morning Star School and Orphanage in Uganda, East Africa. The Royal School is ranked among the top ten schools in all of Uganda.

In addition to indigenous songs, Ugandan Thunder will also sing some familiar favorites in American and African styles. A Ugandan Thunder concert is packed with high energy music, dancing, drumming, and interaction with the audience. There will be something for every member of the family.

Although these children come from one of the poorest countries on the planet, you will be amazed at the genuine joy and peace expressed in their young lives. This is not just another concert; these children bring the living hope and joy of Jesus Christ which has the power not only to touch but change lives.

The Ugandan Thunder 'Be The Light' Tour 2014 is sponsored by Pennies for Posho, a non-profit Christian ministry that provides food, clothing, shelter, and clean drinking water for fourteen orphanages in Uganda.
