Non-Refundable Registrations
RUSH Ministries Inc. pays for artists, speakers, staff, supplies, facilities, etc., based upon your registration fees. As you know, the fee is minimal as we want to make RUSH Weekend affordable to all ministries. As you might expect, the cost of such an event is extremely high. We at RUSH Ministries Inc. pride ourselves in bringing you a great event. Therefore, any and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, as we too must pay those we have agreed to pay in full.
Natural Disaster Cancellation Policy
In the event of, natural disaster, health related emergency, act of terror, and/or any other event outside the control of RUSH Ministries Inc., we will be unable to return registration fees. However, RUSH Ministries will work with all staff, artists, speakers and facilities to reschedule the event at a later date.
Weather Cancellation Policy
RUSH Ministries Inc. considers the safety of you, your students, the artists, etc. to be paramount when holding any event. However, because this is an "outside venue", some weather issues can be expected, (though not prayed for!). In either case, refunds will not be offered for "bad" weather. However, we at RUSH Ministries Inc. will do everything possible to keep everyone safe and informed about changing weather conditions.

Meal tickets will increase to $6.00 per meal at the event. T-shirts will increase to $12 per Small through X-Large and $14 for XX-Large at the event.
