Dinner with the Duggars
Jim Bob and Michelle will be our guests for "Dinner for Daybreak" at 5 p.m. LBC is coming alongside Daybreak Pregnancy Center for this dinner that focuses on the work and mission of Daybreak, while also raising awareness. The Duggars will be speaking during the first half of the dinner about being pro-life and why it's so important to support organizations like Daybreak that give support to expectant mothers in difficult situations. Jim Bob and Michelle will also discuss their personal experience with a large family and what guides their convictions.
Speaking Engagement
Our official "Week of Refreshment" begins with a speaking engagement in the Worship Center. Jim Bob and Michelle will be giving their personal testimonies, as well as sharing how their family tries to live out their faith in a secular world. This is going to be a wonderful night for the entire family!
Meet & Greet
After the speaking engagement, there will be a meet and greet with Jim Bob and Michelle for approximately 1.5 hours. If you bought a ticket to either event, you are able to attend this meet and greet opportunity. The Duggars will be available to sign books, take pictures and meet attendees.
Do I have to buy a ticket for the speaking engagement if I'm going to the dinner? Or vice versa?
Yes. These are two separate events. Admission to one does not imply admission to another. However, either ticket will get you access to the "meet and greet" session at the end of the night.
What about children? Do they need tickets?
Infants that can be held in a lap are free for the speaking engagement, but children that need their own seat will be charged the same general admission price. For the benefit dinner, the price per plate is set at $50. Children are welcome, but the price is the same for every plate.
What is on the menu for the dinner?
Carved Prime Rib or Roasted Chicken
Roasted Potatoes
French Green Beans
All meals are also served with rolls, salad bar, assorted desserts and iced tea or lemonade
Are any of the Duggar kids coming?
As of yet, we do not know if any of the Duggar children are planning to travel with their parents. We have confirmed only Jim Bob and Michelle for this event but will share updates as they are available.
