After you print your iTICKET Keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket!
If any copies are made of the iTICKET, only the first scan of the bar-code will be allowed entry. If more than one copy were to arrive, the bar-code scanner will alert the attendant that the iTICKET has already been scanned. Duplicate iTICKETs will not be allowed admittance.
If a duplicate iTICKET is discovered after entry to the event, the credit card transaction on file from the original purchase, will be charged for the Door Price of the event plus a additional $20 processing fee.
Selling your iTICKET
Think twice before selling your iTICKET to anyone, your bar-coded iTICKET is linked to all your personal information including your credit card and account information. Any violations to these terms and conditions and illegal use will be the responsibility of the ORIGINAL purchaser.
Are iTICKETs Secure
The chance that someone could forge an iTICKET is about 1 in 70 billion per event. So someone has a better chance at winning the Power-ball lottery than forging an iTICKET bar-code ticket.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of policies established by our clients, including venues and theaters, we will not issue an exchange or refund for a iTICKET after it has been purchased, and we will not issue a refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed iTICKET or a iTICKET claimed to be "not delivered".
In the event that a one day event is cancelled your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price of the iTICKET. For information regarding events that have been postponed or rescheduled including Multi-Day events such as Music Festivals & Seminars please see the specific event order page or website for information on exchanging your ticket for the rescheduled event.
