With the release of his newest album, Steven Curtis Chapman is lauded by the media and also by an increasing number of fans. This long-time Christian artist is well-known and loved for the powerful message in his music, a trend that continues in his latest album "This Moment." However, Chapman's continuing efforts to raise funds for orphans is also gaining attention. NASHVILLE, TN (October 23, 2007) - Celebrating the moment with the release of his new studio project, THIS MOMENT (Sparrow Records), multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award winning Steven Curtis Chapman receives media acclaim, radio success and continues to raise inspiring numbers for orphans worldwide. As of this week, 16 families have been locally impacted by receiving a grant from Shaohannah’s Hope each night.
