The acclaimed Annie Moses Band announces their Christmas, Bright and Beautiful Tour. Bringing its unique blend of chamber strings pop, combined with jazz and a formal soprano lead, the band will be performing classic holiday favorites and all new songs from Christmas, Bright and Beautiful, which released Nov. 1. The tour kicks off November 28 in Waco, TX and hits markets such as Atlanta, Memphis and Orlando areas, wrapping up December 22 in Blountville, TN.

The Annie Moses Band is a group of Juilliard School of Music trained individuals, all from the same family, where each one unique in his or her gifts, comes together and transcends musical boundaries to find greater harmony. Critically acclaimed, Annie Moses Band has been called “Mighty impressive” by the Tennessean and have been hailed by Robert Oermann of Music Row Magazine as “Undeniably accomplished.” The Dallas Morning News says “…one listen…shows a restless eclecticism and a stunning virtuosity from these young musicians,” while Stephen Clapp, Dean at Juilliard School lauds, “The Annie Moses Band has a fresh sound that is imaginative and attentive to classic traditions, but yet is accessible to all.”

The band is poised to broaden its impact with its eighth studio album, and first entirely instrumental offering, Christmas, Bright and Beautiful. Once again, Bill Wolaver has created a series of stunning arrangements of strings, harp and piano that resonate with peace and good will. This collection of holiday favorites offers the Annie Moses mix of traditional, contemporary, and adventurous aesthetics, down to an arrangement of “Sussex Carol” that swirls with an eclectic celtic campfire fun.

With a background in classical music, the Annie Moses Band members include brothers and sisters Annie (lead vocalist, violinist), Alex (vocalist, violist), Benjamin (cellist), Gretchen (BGV's, harpist, keyboardist), Camille (BGV'S, violin, mandolin), and Jeremiah (banjo, classical guitar, electric guitar), joined by their parents Bill (composer/arranger/pianist) and Robin (lyricist/vocalist) Wolaver. Named for the kids’ great-grandmother, the Annie Moses Band combines all their attributes: love for one another, prodigious talent, as well as a creative curiosity that goes beyond the classics, beyond even music, and into the great questions of life.

The Annie Moses Band performs over 100 concerts each year including stints at the Alice Tully Hall (New York City), Schermerhorn (Nashville), Praise Gathering 2004 and onto stages before over 100,000 fans each year. They have been featured on the cover of Strings Magazine and on television programs and networks such as The 700 Club, Tennessee Mornings, Daystar Television Network, FamilyNet and more.
