Of the contemporary trio Phillips, Craig & Dean and the worship television program The Awakening) has just accepted the position of associate pastor at Christ Life Church with Senior Pastors Jim & Sharon Roam in Tempe, AZ. The church vote this past Wed. was 100%, which is incredible.

He & his family will be transitioning over the next several months from their pastorate at The Promiseland in Austin, TX. (promiselandonline.net) Randy has been in Austin with his dad, Kenneth Phillips, since he was only 5 years old. Now at the age of 42, he will be leaving his position there and stepping into a new destiny at Christ Life Church with his wife Denise and two daughters, Garland (16) and Lily Pearl (1).

Randy will continue to be involved with Phillips, Craig & Dean and will travel back to Austin once a month to tape The Awakening program.

The Roam's and the Christ Life Church family are excited about this addition to the pastoral staff and looking forward to the future with great anticipation.
