The April Fool's Tour with John Reuben and Spoken kicked off March 31st in Willmar, MN. With approximately 17 dates in the Midwest, the tour also features special guests, North of OK.
John Reuben just released his third album, "Professional Rapper," this past December on Gotee Records. Since the release of Are We There Yet? in 2000 and Hindsight in 2002, he has been touring constantly doing shows in North and South America, Europe, and India alongside such artists as Toby Mac, Five Iron Frenzy, and Out of Eden. Most recently, Reuben toured with Mars Ill and Paul Wright as well as with the Supertones, Relient K, and Pillar on the See Spot Rock Tour. With the new album comes a new show featuring a live band as well as turntablist, DJ Manuel.
Spoken released their latest album,“A Moment of Imperfect Clarity” on September 2nd 2003 on Tooth and Nail Records. With a pattern of nonstop touring and the recording of increasingly diverse records, Spoken has made countless trips across the states as well as crossing the globe to Japan and Germany, building a reputation for being one of the hardest working bands around. Averaging 100+ shows a year, now they regularly pull people in by the hundreds, filling venues to capacity throughout the US.
Indie rock band, North of OK (formerly known as Jacob's Generation), is based in Wichita, KS. Their debut EP "Broken Signal" will be available on the April Fool's Tour.
