Upwards of 300 artists have joined the program since the company’s launch in June 2004. These artists, from all genres, are an example of the company’s commitment to support great players who dedicate their lives to the pursuit of music as a career.

Harrisburg, PA based Last Tuesday is on a mission to keep the term “positive punk” in the front of everyone’s mind.  Themes of the human struggle – guilt and accountability, joy and despair, love and hurt – always reach a finale of a life worth living. This three piece combined their straight ahead pop punk with raw, edgy guitar tones, and elements like Rhodes, a collection of keyboards and percussion to create a sound that is both accessible and unique to the genre.

Steve G, guitarist from Last Tuesday comments on the strings: “For years, I had come to expect changing strings after every other show, because of breakage or dull tones. However, on our last tour, I played a set of Curt Mangan Strings for six straight shows before changing them, and felt they could have gone on longer. The only real reason I changed them was because I was bored.”  Carl Brengle, bass player adds in a simple “CM Strings are so stinking sweet!”

Last Tuesday’s national debut “Resolve” releases a week from Tuesday, May 24, 2005 on Mono VS Stereo. The album was produced by Matt Thiessen (Relient K) and Joe Marlett (Blink 182, Foo Fighters). The band can be heard throughout the summer at festivals and on select dates with Tokyo Rose, Slow Coming Day, Sherwood, The Evan Anthem, Daphne Loves Derby and more.
