Sparrow recording artist Twila Paris and husband Jack Wright welcomed the birth of their first child, Jack Paris Wright on Sunday, April 29th at 1:45am. Little Jack weighed in at 7 lbs. and 11 ounces. The family is well and home resting comfortably.

While Twila is home with her new baby, her very appropriate lullabies album, Bedtime Prayers, Lullabies & Peaceful Worship continues to gain momentum in sales. The album ranks as Billboard's #5 selling overall children's album, just behind Disney and Toy Story 2. Bedtime Prayers has remained a Top 10 hit on the CBA children's chart since releasing on March 27th, climbing to #2 this week on that chart. Scanning over 3,600 units this week, places Bedtime Prayers, Lullabies & Peaceful Worship along with the "Top 10" selling albums at CBA across all genres.

Twila Paris can be seen on the cover of Shine magazine's May/June issue, with an in-depth cover story on motherhood and her career. She is also featured in the May issue of CCM magazine discussing her life, recording career and becoming a mother.
