Session 1 - Doors open at 5:15PM - Program 5:30-6:45PM

Session 2 - Program 7-8:15PM

Each session includes:

-Transit Overview Presentation by Cosmic MikeTM

-Several solar telescopes, including our Coronado Hydrogen Alpha solar scope, donated by Dr. Dan Good, providing views of the sun's surface features like flares

-Solar eclipse shades so you can observe the sun and Venus safely for yourself

-Live image feed of the transit from a solar telescope in New Mexico, made possible by Jim Stegeman, a friend of the Museum

-Tours of WJTL's broadcast studio
