Special speaker, Kelly Minter www.kellyminter.com
Kelly Minter is passionate about women coming to know Jesus Christ through the pages of Scripture while discovering Him in their everyday lives. She enjoys encouraging women in this process through speaking, writing and singing, all of which keep her traveling throughout the country on a regular basis. Her roots as the oldest of four and daughter of a godly mother and incredible pastor, Mike Minter, have given Kelly a love for Scripture ever since she was a child.

Kelly’s latest Bible study is on the book of Nehemiah, titled “Nehemiah: A Heart That Can Break.” Kelly fell in love with Nehemiah’s heart for the suffering and was encouraged by how God led him to rebuild a wall that was broken, as well as a people who were disgraced. This study is the most recent addition to the Living Room Series and includes 7 video sessions. These 20-minute teaching sessions also include interviews with people who are living out what God has put on their hearts to do, and provides a look into ministries that have had a life-changing impact on Kelly’s life. “Nehemiah: A Heart That Can Break” is being offered as Beth Moore’s 2012 Summer Bible Study for her online community.

In addition to writing, Kelly has recorded several records. Her most recent record, “Loss, Love & Legacy” is a collection of songs based on the themes from the book of Ruth. This record follows up “Finer Day,” which is Kelly’s first worship record for KingWay Music. Kelly resides in Nashville, TN where she has found a home in the uniquely
artistic town where many create for the glory of God.
