Singing Christmas Tree - Celebrate Together
The Celebration Choir and Instrumentalists of First Baptist Church on 681 McCants Drive in Mt. Pleasant, SC, will be presenting The Singing Christmas Tree on December 6th and 7th at 7:00 pm and December 8th at 2:00 pm in the Christian Life Center of the church. This year marks the 31st Anniversary since the first Singing Christmas Tree presentation at First Baptist Church in December of 1981.
The steel and wood frame decorated as a Christmas Tree holds up to fifty singers. Additional singers, instrumentalists and actors will flank the tree to present a one hour program of traditional and newer Christmas favorites. Special lighting effects will enhance the musical presentation. Light refreshments will be served before and after the presentation helping to create a unique and fun family-oriented time of both entertainment and worship.
Admission to the presentations is free. However, to make sure we have enough seating for everyone, free tickets are being offered for each specific date. Participation in the Celebration Choir is also open to the public. For more information contact Ken Lee or Judy Black at 843-884-8521.
