About the Guardian for Heroes Foundation
Guardian for Heroes is dedicated to serving those who served us:
Supporting Combat Veterans from the inside out as they acclimate to civilian life
Overcoming physical & psychological affects of combat by building inner & outer strength
Provide assistance through health, wellness and fitness - both Physical Fitness (gym equipment and memberships) and Mental Fitness (life coaching)

How Guardian for Heroes started...
Following four tours in Iraq, CPO Chris Kyle, U.S. Navy SEAL, came home and realized how important healthy physical exercise is a stress-relief mechanism for both himself and his brothers-in-arms, many of who needed special accommodations to exercise.
Chris, his brother Jeff, and friend Talon Smith founded Guardian for Heroes Foundation in 2009 to provide free in-home fitness equipment, health club memberships, rehabilitation programs, and comprehensive support to veterans with disabilities, Gold Star families, and those struggling with Post Traumatic Stress.
