On the 4th weekend of August (25th – 27th, 2017) the west green of the Lee Richardson Zoo comes alive with sights and sounds of families enjoying food, music and children’s activities. We invite you to bring your lawn chairs and make yourselves comfortable to enjoy its beautiful outdoor setting. This summer marks the 26th anniversary of the Tumbleweed Festival with a lineup of entertainers, arts and crafts, and food rivaling any other major festival! Whether you like country, rock, bluegrass, Americana, folk, Christian, or that hard-to-classify sound; the Tumbleweed Festival is for you! Each year the Tumbleweed Festival aims to provide a variety of entertainers from across the musical spectrum in a setting which allows you to roam the entire festival grounds and hear them all!
