JOURNEY TO BETHLEHEM
Watch the story of Christmas unfold before your eyes.

December 7th - 10th, 2017
Tours are available between 5:30 - 9:00pm

Tickets: $6.00 per person (plus handling fee)
($1 of every ticket is donated to the Auburn Food Bank)

Top 10 things to know before your Journey! (Please read through carefully)

1. Due to traffic congestion, please plan to arrive 45 minutes before your ticketed time.

2. Do NOT leave valuables visible in vehicle.

3. Dress warmly. You will be outdoors for approximately 45 minutes.

4. Ticketing Check-In is located in the foyer of Auburn Adventist Academy SDA Church.

5. Bring a confirmation printout of your tickets with you to Ticket Check-In, or you may show your confirmation on your phone/device.

6. Please DO NOT come to the Ticket Check-In until ALL OF YOUR GROUP has arrived at J2B. Groups will gather in the sanctuary to keep entryway clear.
a. Checking in at Ticket Check-In will start your Journey.
b. 25-28 people tour in each group.
c. You are given a Tour Pass Number when your tickets are checked in. That is the number of your Tour. Tours leave every five minutes.
d. The group of people you want to tour with MUST check in at the same time in order to receive the same tour pass number. Tour pass numbers CANNOT be EXCHANGED.

5. Only one person with ALL of the TICKETS for your group needs to come to the Ticket Check-In area. Groups will gather in the sanctuary to keep entryway clear.
a. All visitors must have a purchased ticket.
b. Infants ages 2 and under are free - they must have their own ticket. Adults may not use a infant's ticket.
c. Groups larger than 28 will be put in separate tours.

6. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
a. Groups of children must have no more than 5 children per 1 adult.
b. Children = ages 0-17.

7. Out of respect for other guests, there is no talking during the tour in order for all to hear and enjoy the story.
a. We require all guests to keep their hands off the actors and the set pieces.
b. Failure to follow the above mentioned requests will result in leaving the Journey.
c. All tours are in English.

8. The entire Journey is wheelchair and stroller accessible. (Handicap and Elderly may unload from vehicles in marked zone in front of the church)

9. No Animals are allowed in the Journey.

10. Groups are welcome! We ask for a ratio of 1 adult for every 5-7 youth.
