Whether you lead in your workplace, with your family or friends, or at your church or ministry, RAW on March 23 is for you. For the third year, we’re creating a space where women leaders can grow, feel heard, and connect with one another.

This year, we are diving into the "Power of Connection." As leaders, we have so much on our plate — so many people to manage and new ideas to pursue — and personal connection often falls to the wayside. During RAW, we will explore the power that connection brings and how it will make you a better leader.

You will walk away with biblical and practical tools, and with a sense of encouragement and refreshment as you continue your pursuit of the calling God has for you. We pray you’ll bring your friends or ministry coworkers and join us as we worship and learn from God's word and each other.

Leadership was never supposed to be from a place of isolation or loneliness. You were created for connection. Come and be filled.
