Where are my seats?
This show is GENERAL ADMISSION (First come, first served) seating.
VIP Tickets will be entitled to seats in the first 3 rows (Hurry, space is limited!)

What else does VIP get me?
VIP ticket gets a 30 minute private meet and greet with Phillips, Craig, & Dean, light refreshments during the meet and greet, and priority seating in the first 3 rows in our auditorium. VIP event will be held from 6:00pm-6:30pm in the Cross America Event Center. Please be there early.  

Can I bring drinks or snacks?
Please no outside food and drinks. Our in-house cafe, Doubting Thomas, will be open and serving craft food and drink.

What's the refund policy?
Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled completely.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Tickets do not have to match the name of the attendee so you can give your tickets to a friend or family member to use if unable to attend.

Where are my tickets?
All tickets purchased are emailed to the address you provide during check out. Tickets normally arrive in your inbox within 30 minutes. If you don't see your tickets, please call us at 800-965-9324.
