The Great Smokies Praisefest is a 3 day, 5 session event with evening sessions beginning at 7 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. Morning sessions begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Published price includes reserved seating for all five sessions, and service fees. There is a 4% Service Fee for Credit and Debit Card reservations. Group packages are available for groups of 20 or more. One person must make reservations for the entire group, by calling 800-965-9324. Seat assignments are not confirmed until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to re-sell your seat, and issue a full refund, less a $25 per person service fee (if we are able to sell your seats). No refunds are available after October 26, 2020.
