NOTICE: Entrance to the festival grounds is at your own risk. K-LIGHT Radio, Inc., is immune from liability for injuries to persons or property on the festival grounds.

PLAN YOUR DAY: When preparing to visit 43°N, make sure to read the list of items that are prohibited at Riverview Christian Fellowship Amphitheater. Any items not allowed at Riverview Christian Fellowship Amphitheater will be required to either be locked in a vehicle or confiscated by K-LIGHT Radio, Inc., upon entry. K-LIGHT Radio, Inc., reserves the right to modify this list at any time.

CONSENT: Persons entering the facility hereby consent to have their name, image and/or likeness, writings biographical information or recordings of their voice captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for any purpose by K-LIGHT Radio, Inc., or its affiliates, respective licensees and assigns, partners or the media.

Admission tickets are valid for one day only. Not for sale or resale. No Refunds. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and if so are void. K-LIGHT Radio, Inc., reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating K-LIGHT Radio, Inc. rules, local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management.

Persons entering the Site hereby consent to having their names, images and/or likeness, writing, biographical information or recordings of their voices captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising or any other purpose by K-LIGHT Radio, Inc., or its affiliates, respective successors and assigns, contractors, partners or the media. Performers, programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice. K-LIGHT Radio, Inc. reserves the right to limit access to any stage to prevent hazardous overcrowding. Sale or distribution of any materials without the written consent of K-LIGHT Radio, Inc., could result in ejection or arrest. Audio and/or video recording is prohibited on the Site unless approved in writing by artists’ management and K-LIGHT Radio, Inc.

Persons entering the Site may be subjected to search for illegal or unauthorized items which are expressly forbidden on the Site and subject to confiscation. Illegal or unauthorized items include, but are not limited to:

alcoholic beverages, pets, video equipment, recording devices, wagons, illegal drugs, any holder such as a cooler, picnic basket or tote bag that is used to carry receptacles containing food or beverages that is larger than personal size and cannot take up a potential seat.

The following additional items are not permitted in the Riverview Christian Fellowship Amphitheater: strollers, umbrellas, unless the headline performer has authorized.
