Josh Baldwin is a gold-certified singer-songwriter and worship leader who joined Bethel Music in 2014. Originally from North Carolina, where he served as a worship pastor for a decade, he now lives in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee. His music reflects his journey of faith and serves as an expression of how he’s experienced God through different seasons of life, with a focus on writing corporate worship songs for the global church.

Baldwin’s latest album, Made For More (2024), marks his second live worship project, following Where The Glory Is (2022). The title track and lead single quickly climbed to the top of the Mediabase Christian AC and Christian Audience Radio charts, earning Baldwin his first No. 1 single. His breakout hit, “Stand in Your Love,” reached No. 2 on the Billboard Christian charts and led to his first K-LOVE Fan Awards nominations. Josh has also contributed to several Bethel Music albums, including Victory, Peace, Homecoming, and Come Up Here.

Known for his heart for worship, Josh seeks to create an environment where people feel seen, uplifted, and drawn into deeper intimacy with God. He continues to travel both nationally and internationally as a worship leader while residing in Tennessee with his wife, Sheila, and their two children.
