John Van Deusen 2026 Tour
John Van Deusen has been writing, recording, and performing music since 2004. For most of his twenties he led an indie-rock band called The Lonely Forest. The band toured with acts like Death Cab For Cutie, performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and was voted a "best new artist" on NPR, among other accomplishments. Van Deusen began releasing music under his own name in 2017.
He has released six full-length solo albums that vacillate between loud indie-rock and lo-fi acoustic music. His latest release, entitled "As Long As I Am In The Tent Of This Body I Will Make A Joyful Noise", will be released in two parts via Anotherland Records. Part one is slated for release on October 3rd, 2025. His live shows tend to be confessional, interactive experiences in which he performs alone on guitar and piano and sometimes plays with a loud band. He uses the live format as a chance to tell bits and pieces of his story and connect with his audience.
When he's not making solo music, Van Deusen plays and sings in multiple bands (Telephone Friends, Buffet), leads worship at a local church, and writes "modern hymns" for a publishing company.
Thomas Austin is a theo-folk singer and writer who really doesn't like writing about himself in the third person, but here he is, doing it anyway. He has released two EPs, Indiana and Evergreen, and one full- length album, Eternal Life, which you can find anywhere music is streamed, sold, or held ransom. He also writes stories and essays which he sends to his email list. He lives in Nashville with his wife Skye.
