I cannot think of a more vital group of leaders than those of you who serve in children's ministry. No one is better positioned to impact the future of this generation than you are.
As children's pastors, you have a tough job and you can easily feel burnt out, overwhelmed and frustrated. Most leaders eventually feel stuck because there's not enough time to balance the demands of growing a ministry with the demands of their personal or family life.
I understand how you feel because I've been there. You work late nights and early mornings to get it all done only to see your to-do list double in size with each passing day. New opportunities to use your gifts arise, but you're unable to find margin or delegate current responsibilities. You work hard, maybe eventually receive praise, but you're still not being given an opportunity to do more and contribute at a higher level. All of these roads lead you to feeling like there's no clear path to develop as a leader.
For over 20 years, I've equipped men and women to become better leaders by planting churches, consulting and coaching over 7,000 churches and their leadership teams, and speaking at events to millions of people.
Over that time, I discovered two things that you probably know (and, if you don't, I'll tell you now)...
1) You were made for this, and
2) There is a healthy way for you to lead.
You can overcome what is holding you and your ministry back. You can stop feeling limited and instead become limitless as a champion for the discipleship of kids and families.
At my one-day Leadership Intensive, I'll introduce you to my process of becoming a limitless leader.
Together, we will start:
1) Assessing where you are.
2) Assessing the tools to develop your path.
3) Acting on learnings so you can lead effectively.
As you learn to lead people and projects more effectively, you will experience less burn out and beginto feel more fulfilled and capable in your calling. You and your church will benefit from this as you begin your journey towards limitless leadership.
